- Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes earlier. Arriving late will result in a reduction of treatment time.
- Please complete the “Client Information Card” to inform the therapist of all the required information.
- Give your therapist/spa professional feedback during the session. Let her know if you have any special needs or disabilities so that your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
- Communicate your preferences during treatments so that therapists can adjust to you.
- Be considerate to yourself and others. Please turn off your cell phone and be mindful of other clients space.
- You may relax for a while once a treatment has been completed, but please be aware that the treatment room needs to be prepared for the next client.
- Gratuities are allowed but not mandatory and solely at the discretion of the client, please advise the receptionist when you settle your bill should you wish to add any gratuities.
- Please advise upon booking if you have any dietary requirements.
- Regret, NO children under the age of 16 are allowed in the SPA area, unless prior arrangement with management.
- Please complete our “Opion Card” at reception, as we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service to you.
- NO animals allowed.
- NO smoking, please ask for smoking areas.
- When undressing for a massage please remove all items of clothing with the exception of your briefs.
- Please avoid alcohol, drugs or eating a heavy meal prior to having a treatment.
- If you are pregnant, please let us know at the time of booking as there are certain treatments that are suitable, but we will be able to recommend other treatments.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Should you not arrive for your appointment scheduled, a 50% charge will be applicable to your next treatment.
- Spa Packages: Please bring your bathing suit if any spa packages or spa facilities booked.
